An Italian magazine has pushed through with its promise to publish the topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge in a special 38-page edition.Chi, which has the same owners as French Closer, the first magazine to publish the images, featured the grainy photos along with a series of articles on topics such as, "Kate's breasts, natural or fake?"The magazine's editor Alfonso Signorini explains "For the first time, the future queen of England was appearing in a natural way, without the constraints of etiquette. The fact that these are the future rulers of England makes the article more interesting and topical. This is a deserving topic because it shows in a completely natural way the daily life of a very famous, young and modern couple in love."


Chi included the 14 pictures published by Closer. But the Chi spread ran the whole sequence of photos as the couple sunbathed on a terrace, including one shot of the princess putting sun cream on her backside that didn't appear in Closer.



St. James's Palace said Sunday that family lawyers would file a criminal complaint against the unidentified photographer or photographers involved. The palace said it would be up to French prosecutors to decide whether to investigate and pursue a criminal case for breach of privacy or trespassing.

MURDER IN BELFAST: LENNOX IS DEAD!

Take a good look at these people. They sentenced an innocentfamily pet to death because he “looked like a pit bull”.  In Northern Ireland, it is against thelaw to own a pit bull. Lennox, an AmericanBulldog/ Lab mix, was taken from his family, locked up for 2 years and today,he was put to death. Lennox has never attacked, bitten,or threatened anyone. He was a beloved family pet for 6 years when he wasripped from his home because he resembled a pit bull.
Despite pleas from around the world, the heartless BelfastCity Council decided Lennox had to die.
Lennox wasmurdered at 7 am this morning and the family wasn’t allowed to say goodbye,they were refused to be allowed to be by his side.  They were told they could not bring Lennox’s body home but they would receive “some ashes” inthe mail.


Lennox hasbecome a symbol of unjust treatment of animals. People and government officialsmust begin to enact animal rights legislation that will protect beautifulcreatures like Lennox, who caused no harm andposed no threat. How toMake a Cow Using a Clay Pot

Make this cute cow using a terra cotta claypot and a few other supplies.
 MaterialsNeeded:

• 2-inch Terra Cotta Clay Pot
• 1 1/2-inch Wooden Ball Head
• Craft Foam
• Paint
• Clear Acrylic Spray
• Craft Glue or Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
• Paint Brush
• Scissors

Instructions:
Wipe down your terra cotta pot with a damp cloth and let dry completely.
Turn the clay potupside down and paint the clay pot and wooden ball head white. Put them asideto dry,
Once the paint isdry, glue the wooden ball onto the bottom of the clay pot. Paint a nose, eyes,and mouth on the wooden ball. I also painted black spots on the cow head andbody. For the face of my cow in the photos, I used simple rub-on decals! Onceall your paint is dry, spray it with the clear acrylic sealer.
Cut ears andhorns out of craft foam and glue them in place. Cut two feet out of craft foam,and glue them onto the bottom edge of the clay pot. Your cow is now complete.

While watching the news this evening, I heard that the judge overseeing the arraignment of James Holmes, accused Aurora movie theater killer, will allow cameras inside the courtroom tomorrow.
This means the public will see and hear the man who killed 12 and wounded 58 others in a shooting spree at the premier of the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises.
According to Colorado police, Holmes has been uncooperative and has given no clue as to his motive for the tragic killing spree.
The latest picture of Holmes  realeased today shows him with bright red hair and a smug smile on his face. Let's hope the justice system is able to wipe that smile right off and provide justice for the families of the killed and injured!

Tonight is the beginning of the Muslinholiday season of Ramadan.

Ramadan is celebrated by 1 billion Muslimsworldwide. But if you’re not one of them, you may not know what the holiday isabout. From being kind to those less fortunate, to putting a cap on lying, theholiday has a lot of great principles to offer—no matter what your religion.

First, the basics: Ramadan is the ninth monthof the Islamic calendar, which was first penned in about 600 A.D. The Islamiccalendar is lunar, not solar, and unlike a holiday like Christmas (which fallson the same date every year) Ramadan begins on a different date eachyear—whenever the first sliver of the crescent moon, in the ninth month,appears.

For kids, the most striking thing aboutRamadan is the fasting. People who celebrate the holiday eat only when it’sdark outside. From the first light of dawn, until the sun goes down, Muslimsdon’t eat or drink anything. For kids, the concept of no food can be hard toswallow! But not eating anything gives Muslims time to focus on other things.

For example, during Ramadan, celebrants spendmore time with family. They pledge not to tell any lies, not to gossip, and notto be greedy. Those too sick or too old to fast are asked to feed one needyperson each day of the month. And everyone who celebrates Ramadan is asked todo as many good deeds as they possibly can over the course of the holiday.

“The prophet Muhammad was very generous atall times, but in some portions of the scripture it says that he was generouslike the wind during the month of Ramadan,” says Mohamed El-sanousi, Directorof Community Outreach and Communications for the Islamic Society of America,the largest umbrella group of Muslims in the U.S. “This is a month of giving.Of healing and caring. It is a time for people to remember those who are lessfortunate and an opportunity to reinforce the spiritual reasons behind fightinghunger and poverty,” he says. Even if you don’t celebrate Ramadan, here are afew things you can do to teach your kids a little more about it:

• Be kind to others. Sure, Santa may not be looking to see who’s been naughty and who’s been nice for another few months. And trying to get into the “good book” for Yom Kippur isn’t for several more weeks. But every day is a good day to teach your kids the importance of helping others. This is a key principle of Ramadan.

• Make more time for the people you love. During Ramadan, people make an extra effort to visit with friends and family. Make it a point to plan get-togethers with the people in your life that are most important. Drop in on an elderly relative. Invite all the cousins over for Family Fridays all month long. Use Ramadan to jumpstart a regular routine of visiting with friends and family and teach your kids that keeping those ties strong should be a major goal all year long.

• Plan dinner in the dark. Pick a day during the month to show your kids what it would be like to celebrate Ramadan. Invite them to fast for the day, or for a portion of it. Then plan a special dinner for after sunset. “The tradition is to break the fast with dates, water, and milk,” says El-sanousi, “That is the same for all. But the dinner afterwards is very different from culture to culture within the Islamic community.

 It seems to me that everyone if every faith can agree that being kind, making time for loved ones, and appreciating what you'ce got are good practices for our children.  So during Ramadan, Advent, Passover or whatever holy season you celebrate, take the time to show your children these basic actions, and how practicing them brings us all that much closer together!

COLORADO SHOOTING: WHO IS TO BLAME?

                            Marion Pellicano AmbroseEver since the first word of the tragic shooting at the Colorado theater hit theair, conservatives and liberals have been pointing fingers and crying “theirfault”. ABC News was just itching for a right wing connection, sothey found one of the many people named “James Holmes” in the Denver area who happens to have a Tea Partyconnection even though they didn’t know for sure if it was the murderer. Here’sthe conversation:

Stephanolpoulos:I’m going to go to Brian Ross. You’ve been investigating the background of JimHolmes here. You found something that might be significant.
Ross:There’s a Jim Holmes of Aurora, Colorado, page on the Colorado Tea party siteas well, talking about him joining the Tea Party last year. Now, we don’t knowif this is the same Jim Holmes. But it’s Jim Holmes of Aurora, Colorado.
Stephanolpoulos:Okay, we’ll keep looking at that. Brian Ross, thanks very much.
Of course, it was a middle aged different “James Holmes”which ABC must have known, but they couldn’t resist taking the shot.Conservatives have jumped on the band wagon saying that theliberal media have allowed violent, dark movies like Batman to mentally damageyoung people like James Holmes, and that’s what caused him to go on hisshooting spree.  While I have to  agree that movies are way too violent andfilled with sex and deviant behavior these days, I don’t think that was the single,deciding factor that made this man murder 12 people and injure many more.

 As I switched from channel to channel, I heard about theneed for gun control and how NRA was to blame for the tragedy, how the schoolsystem has let society down and caused the situation, how parents have failedin raising their children. There were so many fingers pointing I couldn’t keeptrack of who was blaming who! (or is that whom?)
Anyway, I finally saw one person on TV who was makingperfect sense. He wasn’t pointing a finger or placing blame, although more thanalmost anyone, he had that right. He was the boyfriend of Jessica Ghawi, an aspiring young sportscasterwho was killed in the theater shooting. When the reporter attempted to have himtake a stand on the gun control issue, he refused and said all he wanted wasfor everyone to concentrate on the victims, on Jessica. He’s right. This isn’ta time for politics.  As both PresidentObama and Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney stated, this is a time for prayerand reflection. They both had the good sense and sensitivity to put politicsaside to mourn for the dead and comfort their families and the injured.
Perhaps in a fewdays, we can talk about gun control, violence in movies, and all the rest. Butnot today, today is for remembering.

“Enjoy a day aboard the Lu-Lu Belle”’ the sign read.  Little did I know that one day, on thismagnificent 70+ foot luxurious vessel,  venturing out into Prince William Sound, would my childhood dreams come true!  My childhood is when my fascination withcetaceans, whales, dolphins and porpoises, started but didn’t end.  My endless curiosity about these fascinatingcreatures continued into adulthood and throughout my life, leading me to pursuea degree in Zoology and a 10 year career at Sea World, working with marinemammals for most of it. This phase of my life gave me plenty of opportunitiesto observe, rescue and care for marine mammals of many types, mostly AtlanticBottlenose dolphins, manatees and sea lions. I participated in many necropsies over the years as Sea World at thattime was the leader in rescuing and rehabilitation of any marine mammals alongthe coast of central Florida.  I even planned my vacation around themigration of the California Grey Whales, and traveled to Californiato see them pass during their 6,000 mile round trip migration from the BeringSea to the lagoons of Baja, Mexico.
 But it was the bigones I longed to see, the majestic humpbacks, Megaptera novaeangliae, http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/species/mammals/cetaceans/humpbackwhale.htm  the ones famous for their songs that varyfrom group to group and change from year to year, just as our music changeswith the times.  These are the whalesthat are also known for their social behaviors, especially their“bubble-netting” , a feeding behavior which demonstrates their social abilityto communicate, coordinate their activities and even to take turns.   I know many adult Homo sapiens who have a very hard time with that lastrequirement!  Bubble-netting involvesthese foraging crustacean-eating giants to encircle their prey, which consistsmostly of tiny krill and copepods, and methodically exhale a net ofbubbles.  Little do these tinycrustaceans know that they can swim right through these bubbles!  By working in groups of 3 or more, allblowing bubbles underwater, the whales increase the efficiency of the huntingmethod.  The whales then take turns lungefeeding.  Lunge feeding involves liftingvertically out of the water with open mouths, through patches of unsuspecting,confused tiny invertebrates.  Theirexpandable throat grooves allow for the consumption of thousands of pounds ofkrill at a time. The krill is trapped on their flexible baleen plates, as theywater through the row of baleen and swollen the prey.  This ingenious, infallible system clearlydemonstrates their teamwork and intelligence.
It wasn’t until my own son, now a fisheries biologisthimself, living in Alaska,invited me up to visit, that I was given to opportunity to see these majesticgiants perform this and other behaviors. I enjoyed seeking out and observing all of the wildlife Alaska has to offer;bears, moose, salmon galore, herds of caribou and birds on their way to theirmigration destinations.  But in the backof my mind, I longed to see the whales Alaskais home to. 
I got my opportunity as we pulled in the quaint town of Valdez.  The rest of my group peered out the windows,looking for a “vacancy” sign at any of the handful of hotels.  This was, after all, the peak of the touristseason and all towns on the coast fill up during the summer due to the famousrun of the salmon. Fishing boats abounded, the smell of the sea surrounded usand no vacancies were apparent.  Then I sawit - a sign showing a humpback whale breaching, and claiming to be the bestwildlife viewing vessel in Valdez.It was larger than life, at least to me and there was no stopping me, depletedbudget or not, I was sold.
 Glacier WildlifeCruises prides itself on taking their time to ensure that its passengers enjoythe wildlife available and a close-up view of the Columbia Glacier.  The cruise is scheduled to last from 5/12 to 7 hours, depending on what is seenalong the way.   However,  Captain Fred Rodolf, owner of the Lu-LuBelle, a mighty vessel http://www.lulubelletours.com/, has been cruising Prince William Sound since 1979 and his in his personalstyle, narrates during the entire cruise, sharing his knowledge of the area andthe abundance of wildlife it treasures. Captain Rudolf himself restored his yacht, one of the most beautiful in Alaska, and is at thehelm for every one of its enlightening cruises. He believes in staying out on the Sound until its passengers have hadthe chance to take in and take photos of what they sought out to see.  In my case, it was whales.
Find whales we did, but along the way, we were treated to anarray of nature’s miracles.  Before weever left the small boat harbor in Valdez,we saw rafts of sea otters floating and shielding their pups. http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/mammals/sea-otter   As we entered the magnificent Prince William Sound, Steller’s Sea Lions, rested on the buoys. This was nothing compared tothe hundreds of them in rookeries we passed along the shoreline.  These pinnipeds http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/species/mammals/pinnipedsare an on-going conservation success story, still recovering from decades ofover-harvesting, and to see them fighting for space on the shore, ready tobreed and add to the next generation literally brought tears to my eyes.  As we looked carefullyup at the cliffs above these rookeries, we saw puffins nesting in the cracksand crevices.
Going further out to see, we were accompanied by schools ofDall’s Porpoises, Phocoenoides dalli, http://dallsporpoise.org/index.php trying to catch a ride on our bow wake.  This, of course delighted the passengers,especially the children onboard.  Butwhere were the whales, the big humpbacks I had hoped for?  Many onboard were excited to see the small,immature Gray Whale, Eschrichitus robusus,http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/species/mammals/cetaceans/graywhale.htmdetected and pointed out by no other than my son I have to say.  Exciting? Yes.  Was it capable of taking my breath away?  No. This was awesome but I wasn’t asimpressed as some, since I had seen lots of bigger, mature grey whales off thecoast of California.
Then it happened!  Inthe distance Capt. Fred saw a pod of Humpbacks, and slowly, ever so quietlyapproached them, carefully keeping a respectful distance.  They were feeding and diving, presentingthose incredible 10 foot wide tail flukes that scientists use to identify eachone.  The scars, markings, and patternsare unique to each one of them, just as our fingerprints are unique to us.  Through my tear-filled eyes I was witnessingwhat I had been waiting all of my life for; seeing the playful antics of a reallive baleen whale enjoying life in its own natural world! One of these giantsmust have been sent from heaven to amuse us and fulfill my dream, because aftera few minutes of watching 40+ people scramble from one side of the boat to theother every time he moved, he decided to put on a spectacle all of us willnever forget.  He slowly wandered awayfrom the rest of the pod, and proceeded to perform all of the visible behaviorsthat I teach my Marine Biology students in class every year.  There were the tail lobs (lobbing the tail inthe air and slapping the flukes on the surface), fluking (raising its tailbefore a dive), pec-slaps (lying on its side or back, hitting the surface withits flippers known as pecs) and the spy hopping (raising the head out of thewater to expose the eyes and take a look around).  Then, as I stood there on the most forwardpart of the boat (yes,  the part LeonardoDicaprio hung over in the Titanic),thinking life just can’t get any better than this, this gorgeous 12+ meterHumpback Whale repeated breached before my eyes.  I was so awestruck by all of this, I had noteven taken one picture, but that’s ok because the images are all foreverengrained in my heart.

Nicolas Sarkozy's Facebook page has been hacked - Facebook page has been hacked SAN FRANCISCO, July 28 evening news, the French Elysee Palace on Tuesday, the official website was hacked, the hacker on the website of a 'let him get out' (Get Him Out) video games, the expulsion of French President Nepal Gulasake Sarkozy (Nicolas Sarkozy) to step down as soon as possible.The site's welcome page, a cartoon image of Sarkozy was placed in a go-kart on the front door of the Elysee Palace towards the game next to a button, every click of a player, Sarkozy will be a step towards the direction of the door step out of the game's text is: 'Click the more able the sooner the small Nicolas (Sarkozy) out!'
Elysee Palace has confirmed that the site really was attacked on Tuesday night, but was repaired at 7 am Wednesday. Elysee Palace spokesman said: 'Hackers use an old software system to modify the temporary website welcome page(http://www.f-paper.com/).'
Last year, Sarkozy's Facebook page has been hacked, the hacker was the president issued a false statement, Sarkozy said the end of term in 2012.For each click on a Facebook 'like' button beside the game, the French leader moved one step closer out into the street.
The instructions to the game read: "The more you click, the faster we can get little Nicolas out!"The Elysee palace confirmed a hacking attack had taken place on Tuesday night, but that the 'problem' had been fixed by 7am on Wednesday.A spokesman added: "The hackers took advantage of an old software system to temporarily re-route the welcome page."

The latest picture of Holmes  realeased today shows him with bright red hair and a smug smile on his face. Let's hope the justice system is able to wipe that smile right off and provide justice for the families of the killed and injured!

As you may know by now since Friday there was a deadly masacre in Aurora, Colorado. A gunman by the name of James Holmes killed twelve innocent lives that night and injured many more. I will be putting a post up of each of the lives that this horrible man ended that night. The man who seemed from the naked eye a normal guy which to many such as this blogger was scary. That night while many people packed in to watch the newest Batman movie and excited to see after months of planning and preparation.  As theater 9 of the movie theater in Aurora and eyes watching the screen they all soon heard a pop. Was it a fire cracker? As some believed it was, while a few others knew immediatly what it was and told their family and friends to get down on the ground. When hearing that pop they were soon faced with a man with guns shooting at anyone he saw. Many people were rushing out to get out and protect others from not getting shot. This man has forever changed out lives. In Colorado we already learned years ago of the massacre in Columbine High School which still haunts those who remember that day. This wasn't like that at all. No it was just supposed to be a normal night watching this movie the movie of the year it seemed. This horrible coward man knew there would be a room packed with people for this movie and what was even more odd was how he got inside the building of the Theater. How did he get in? Well through an exit none-the-less which I believe should have been locked from the outside. In case of any fire was to happen or any incidents such as this it should have been like any exit locked from the outside and only accessed through the inside. Who knows if that may have deterred him from killing those in in theater 9.  What if it was just a side note and he would've most likely gone around and killed through going through the front of the building or gone to another theater. Even about his own apartment building what if things gone off wrong over there. Cops would have been going over there and that would've taken the time from that and then been not able to get to Aurora's movie theater in time to stop this mad man or even help the wounded. 


I expect people not to be worried though about stepping into a movie theater and worried about what may happen next. This hasn't happened before and it may or may not ever happen again. I can't predict the future but I do know that you shouldn't be afraid of the future always be afraid of everything that happens. How many times have you gone to a movie theater with something going wrong? With that said I do want to say that my prayers and thoughts go to the families of the wounded and for those who died that night. For you many not know me but many know you by the stories told through the media but you will always be remembered.

I told myself after this post I will not ever be uttering the name of the killer James Holmes ever just in respect of those who died at the Aurora movie theater in Colorado. What you may or may not know about him is that he was in a Ph.D program for neuroscience. Now many people think that he obtained everything that was found in his apartment he received because of what he does but I believe he didn't I just think he was a crazy man and had only one thought on his mind. What we remember from Columbine and from the Oklahoma bombing was that these were crazy men who had one track mind and had those days planned. 


Now what so far the media have found was that he was a camp counselor in San Diego. Here is a picture from his camp counseling days at Camp Max Straus. Now those who went to the camp say that he didn't seem to be a killer. No, he seemed to a typical average guy. (This image is from tmz.com all credits to them.)

That night on Friday July 22. Those in theater 9 never saw this normal camp counselor in college. They saw the ugly man that he is. He brought gas masks and so much armor for himself and guns because as I said before he had a one track mind. 
From what I hear in the media was what he was described to look like to have red hair and called himself the joker. Well Mister Not-So-Funny guy how were you anything like the joker? Red hair? No the joker has green hair. Those who were in the theater saw the man put behind the mask didn't actually see him per say. Here he is the red headed coward.

As you can tell from the photos this guy had weird hair. He wasn't a joker he was a clown. Though many of those in the theater that night only saw his eyes and not his face...which again he was a coward. I wish that things were differently that night though. I wish those who died didn't have to leave this earth. Nobody who is innocent such as those twelve movie watchers that night shouldn't have. 
So sorry James Holmes this is where my post ends and I hope that your name or face is ever shown on tv again. You don't need recognition anymore those who died and were hurt do. You don't need respect or pity. You are a low life who killed others..and for what? Why is it that you had to do what you did?

Gunman Outside Empire State Building

Early just moment ago at around 9:00am was found out on the news of my local station that a gunman was shooting right outside the empire state building. Fox News of New York is reporting that about three people have been shot. Now it isn't clear if there is more or not but that is what is being told at this moment.

The shooting happened at 34th street and 5th avenue. Now there have been two people who have been taken by ambulance from the scene. There is a report also saying five people have been shot at. At this moment it is not clear.

All I know is that outside the Empire State building which is very busy especially during the time of day when people are rushing to work. As the day progresses I will update on more information.

So far two people are reported dead that were among the shooting outside the Empire State Building. Outside people are not a lot to go nearby the area as 34th street is evacuated for security purposes. However, tenants are allowed inside the building except for tourists. Whos to say that this won't change later on during the day. Though it is clear that the gunman who caused this riot is dead. 

Also, this wasn't terrorist related whatsoever so no need to worry. Though not a lot is told at the moment because police are looking to the bottom of it before letting any information leak into the public just yet.

While watching the news this evening, I heard that the judge overseeing the arraignment of James Holmes, accused Aurora movie theater killer, will allow cameras inside the courtroom tomorrow.
This means the public will see and hear the man who killed 12 and wounded 58 others in a shooting spree at the premier of the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises.
According to Colorado police, Holmes has been uncooperative and has given no clue as to his motive for the tragic killing spree.

Sally Ride, American Hero, Dead at 61

National hero, Sally Ride,died of pancreatic cancer yesterday. Ride was a former astronaut and physicist.After her space flights, Ride continued to inspire young people all over theworld through her company, Sally Ride Space.


Sally’s first space flightwas aboard the shuttle Challenger on June 18, 1983. Her second, also onChallenger, was October 5, 1984, logging 343 hours in space. A third flight was cancelledwhen Challenger exploded in 1986. She was on the commission investigating thataccident and later served on the panel for the 2003 Columbia shuttle accident, the only person onboth boards. She also was on the president's committee of science advisers. Ridewas a physicist, writer of five science books for children and president of herown company, which motivates youngsters to pursue careers in science,technology, engineering and math. She had also been a professor of physics atthe University of California, San Diego.


"People around the world still recognize her name as the firstAmerican woman in space, and she took that title seriously even after departingNASA," Eileen Collins, the first female space shuttle commander, said in astatement. "She never sought media attention for herself, but ratherfocused on doing her normally outstanding job."
When Ride first launched into space, feminist icons such as Gloria Steinemand Jane Fonda were at Kennedy Space Centerand many wore T-shirts alluding to the pop song with the refrain of the samename: "Ride, Sally Ride."


NASA Administrator Charles Bolden, a former astronaut, said Ride"broke barriers with grace and professionalism -- and literally changedthe face of America'sspace program."
"The nation has lost one of its finest leaders, teachers and explorers,"he said in a statement.


One of Ride's last legacies was allowing middle school students to taketheir own pictures of the moon using cameras aboard NASA's twin Grailspacecraft in a project spearheaded by her company.
"Sally literally could have done anything with her life. She decidedto devote her life to education and to inspiring young people. To me, that'ssuch a powerful thing. It's extraordinarily admirable," said Maria Zuber,a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who heads the Grailmission.


Ride's obituary said she is survived by Tam O'Shaughnessy, her partner of27 years and a co-founder of Sally Ride Science; her mother, Joyce; her sister,Bear, a niece; and a nephew.

Over the past couple of years we have heard stories regarding evidence ranging from chemical impounds to alien abduction's. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we will finally get to what the law consider culpable evidence. Unfortunately what is common sense to us get confused in the court of law.
My hope is that all though some of the evidence is obviously against Casey
that people would take into consideration all the evidence and make a Just decision.I'm sure if you are like me you have been accused of something by rumors or hearsay that was not the total truth,and after all of the facts came out you where finally exonerated.
It's hard to imagine a parent/mom having the ability to take the life of there only child. As a mom who loves her children dearly and has been involved in this case since the beginning,I often try to comprehend the thoughts that must have been going with Casey Anthony. My thoughts and prayers are that what ever the truth is ,that in the end Caylee Marie Anthony will get her justice serve.

If it was a accident and Caylee Marie Anthony Drowned in the pool and Casey Panic.Casey could have been busy texting or the computer for a minute a little Caylee could of slept away for just only two Seconds and drowned in the pool.That's what I have always thought from the beginning and feel in my heart that is what really happen to sweet little Caylee. But who placed the body there Casey was in jail than she got out. Back in October there was unusual smell in the wood on Suburban Drive that my team and Could of not find the source to the smell. Im am thankful that I did not run across little Caylee bones and skull. That would forever be in my head for the rest of my life. Roy Kronk ex girlfriend is guard at the OCJ and possible got some info of where little Caylee was to be found. SO she told Roy AND Dominick Casey Got hold of some info from a inside source where caylee was placed. He knew where she was and was directed not call the police.
In Florida Court room it says Equal Justice for All, But what is Justice when Sgt Allen, Nick Savage has lied and covered up Evidence and Possible plant some in this case. Most of the Deputy's and the FBI are honest,sincere,trustworthy,professional. But there are some bad apples where ever you go. Just because they are MR law they think they are above the law. As my Father has once started out as local cop 32 years ago he is now very high up in Government Agency. My Father is true hero to me he has protect and served his Country and he would Die for America and loves the USA. I do respect the law but not rats as* cops that fabricated evidence. Sometimes the truth hurts!

Elysee Palace has confirmed that the site really was attacked on Tuesday night, but was repaired at 7 am Wednesday. Elysee Palace spokesman said: 'Hackers use an old software system to modify the temporary website welcome page(http://www.f-paper.com/).'
Last year, Sarkozy's Facebook page has been hacked, the hacker was the president issued a false statement, Sarkozy said the end of term in 2012.For each click on a Facebook 'like' button beside the game, the French leader moved one step closer out into the street.
The instructions to the game read: "The more you click, the faster we can get little Nicolas out!"The Elysee palace confirmed a hacking attack had taken place on Tuesday night, but that the 'problem' had been fixed by 7am on Wednesday.A spokesman added: "The hackers took advantage of an old software system to temporarily re-route the welcome page."

Westboro Baptist Church Protesters

They're at it again! Westboro Baptist Church plans to demonstrate at the funeral of Specialist Justin Horsley who was killed in Afgahanistan on July 22,2012. Horsley and another soldier,Pfc Brendan Salazar, died from wounds inflicted by an IED (improvised explosive device).
Horsley's remains were transported to Melbourne Airport yesterday. A huge outpouring of support has already begun as hundreds of local Military personnel and supporters were on hand to greet the  21-year-old Army Spc. Justin Louis Horsley as his remains arrived at the Melbourne International Airport, Fla., early Saturday morning Aug. 4.

"This is a somber occasion, we have a fallen comrade and we are here to respect him in a dignified manner," said Brig. Gen. Anthony Cotton, commander, 45th Space Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla.

On Wednesday, when Westboro plans to protest at Horsley's   funeral, thousands of people will be there to form a human barrier   to shield the family from the protesters. They will stand in silent respect, totally ignoring the Westboro people,carrying no signs     and wearing blue or red. They will stand to show their admiration and gratitude to a fallen hero and his family.
I will be standing in that crowd with          many of my friends. We will silently      support this American soldier and his  grieving family. We will not make any   contact or engage in conversation with the members of the Westboro group because we want to guard and respect the solemnity of this day. This day is about Specialist     Justin L. Horsley and his having made the ultimate sacrifice.

In my personal opinion, a funeral is no place for a protest.        This family is suffering deeply from the loss of their son,    brother, and friend. Their grief is profound enough without adding to it. Can    you imagine how the family             felt when they read  "Thank God for IED's"  I don't think         God, or anyone else could condone inflicting such pain              on another human being, especially the family of a hero.I hope that everyone who can possibly participate in the         Human Shield for Justin Horsley, will be there             Wednesday at 11am at Ammen Family Cremation               and Funeral Home, 950 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, FL .  Check out the web page for the Human Shield.

CURIOSITY LAND ROVER LANDS ON MARS

NASA's attempt to land Mars rover, Curiosity this morning, was a huge success. There was much cheering and congratulating in Mission Control at NASA in California. The rover, and the thousands of NASA workers, survived the dreaded "seven minutes of terror" when so many things could have gone wrong, but nothing did!
The landing process, involved a sky crane and the world's largest supersonic parachute, allowing the spacecraft carrying Curiosity to target the landing area that scientists have chosen. This type of landing had never been attempted before.
The rover began its journey to Mars 8 months ago. Today it begins its mission to investigate Mars, searching for signs of life from the past and sending information to scientists to evaluate the possibility of it sustaining life in the future. Curiosity's first stop will be Gale Crater, which may have once contained a lake. After at least a year, the rover will arrive at Mount Sharp, in the center of the crater. The rover will drive up the mountain examining layers of sediment. This process is like looking at a historical record because each layer represents an era of the planet's history.

Friends... For the past 20 years I've been in a Union. Being in a Union has taught me a ton about solidarity, standing up for what's right, & supporting your fellow Union Brother/Sister. I use this mindset in my everyday life, not just with Union related issues.I'm not sure if living my everyday life this way is the way to go. In a Union, if your Union Brother/Sister is in a pinch, you support that person. You're expected to support that person. With that engrained in my head, I live my whole life this way. If a friend is in some kind of trouble I try to find a way I can help. If a friend is being screwed over by someone else, I don't support the person doing the screwing. My problem is I don't get that back.
Is it wrong to expect a friend to back you when you're the one getting screwed? Is it wrong to say to your friend, "Hey.... this person really screwed me & I didn't deserve it. I expect you to show me some support." Are the friends who don't step up in the wrong for not stepping up and being supportive?  Is this a matter of a friend showing their true colors in a time of need?
I was talking to someone recently about this. This person admitted that she couldn't support a friend who was having trouble with another person because she doesn't like confrontation. She admitted she would like to tell the person to go scratch but she didn't have it in her. Is this person wrong? Should we just accept this or should her friend be pissed for not getting the support that's needed?

Dear Friend,

I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.

I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.

I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work.

I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore.

I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often.

I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm.

Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I'm getting older.

One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!

I may have been in Continent, but I don't remember what country I was in. It's an age thing.
