America's Most Wanted
To contact us Click HERE
After the many days of watching the famous "Casey Anthony Trial" and everything cooled down it dawned on my even more that there are so many people getting away with this type of shit (excuse my language). If you go to America's Most Wanted website www.amw.com there are so many that not just are wanted out there for crimes they did but children that are missing. You may be then next person who finds a child or person. Children go missing all the time and it's now up to attention of the media to have them help be found. If a child is missing you may be the next person to spot them and bring them back home. If it's someone who's suspected of a crime and is wanted you are that one to help save the day. They could cause danger to many people around them and it's up to us and mainly you who ever is out there to find them. I don't mean take the day off and look for someone but just take 5 minutes out of your day to look onto the website or any missing person's website and look. Look at the face and the description of where they last were and where they may be. They could be in your area and you just never know. So if you want to do your part in some little way it's a suggestion but again go to www.amw.com

Monday: Internet Blackout
To contact us Click HERE
As you just learned probably today like I have. Tomorrow starting at 12:01am many computers will not be able to get onto the internet. What happened was that millions of computers were infected in this so called "Internet Doomsday" virus which in this virus users were redirected to different websites that they may have not been aware they aren't on. These are called DNS servers that helped redirect websites. Then the internet hackers made millions of dollars of revenue from advertisements and you going onto their website. In November the U.S. along with Estonian government cracked down on the malware that was spreading and those who were behind it. A federal judge then ordered to have temporary servers up and running so that many would still be able to use the internet. Tomorrow those servers are ordered to pull the plug on.
There will be NO internet for those computers infected. Means completely no way to check your facebook and to check your e-mails. If you work from home or use your computer a lot remember to check your computer now and not later because there will be no later. If your computer is running through the DNS servers that are being redirected to different sites than go onto this site or just to find out if you computer is infected or not.
Click here for the DNS checker: http://dns-ok.us/
You just click on the site and if it pops up with a green picture than your in the clear BUT if I believe it has a red background as it says on the site your computer is infected with the virus and it must be cleaned up. Any computer that still has the virus won't be able to use the internet until the settings are changed.

Over the past couple of years we have heard stories regarding evidence ranging from chemical impounds to alien abduction's. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we will finally get to what the law consider culpable evidence. Unfortunately what is common sense to us get confused in the court of law.
My hope is that all though some of the evidence is obviously against Casey
that people would take into consideration all the evidence and make a Just decision.I'm sure if you are like me you have been accused of something by rumors or hearsay that was not the total truth, and after all of the facts came out you where finally exonerated.
It's hard to imagine a parent/mom having the ability to take the life of there only child. As a mom who loves her children dearly and has been involved in this case since the beginning,I often try to comprehend the thoughts that must have been going with Casey Anthony. My thoughts and prayers are that what ever the truth is ,that in the end Caylee Marie Anthony will get her justice serve.

TORTURED ON THE 4TH OF JULY

Last night, men, women andchildren all acrossAmerica had a wonderful time enjoying the sparkle, splendor and excitement of the manyfireworks displays. Unfortunately, there were some who spent the night inagony, distress, and even terror.
In the house behind mine, alone Labrador retriever was locked outside in the yard while his owners wentout for the evening. The poor animal cried and howled in fear. He tried to hideor to get back into the house, but there was nowhere for him to go. His moaningbecame more and more tortured as the evening progressed and the booming, popping sounds of fireworks increased. I’m sure these sounds seemed more likethe sounds of a war zone to this unfortunate creature.
My own 4 dogs fear fireworksto different degrees. Dudley , the corgi, ispetrified. We keep him inside and he chooses to stay in his night cage (withhis Posturpedic pet bed) with several of his soft toys. Gracie, our Sheltie isfrightened but will go from her night cage to sitting at my feet all nightlong. Roscoe, our Yorkie, runs around the family room with his raccoon toy inhis mouth trying to keep himself distracted. Finally, he drops, exhausted, inhis cage. Finally, my little Chippie, a silky terrier/shiatsu mix, doesn’treact at all. Chippie is 18 years old, blind and deaf but still agile and active. She paces the room’s perimeter, using the wall as a guide. She senses thatsomething is up, but can neither see nor hear what it is.
The point is, we do what isneeded to keep our animals calm and feeling safe. When our dog Mello was alive, she was so nervous that we had the Vet prescribe a sedative for her to get herthrough the holiday. Pet owners have to be responsible and compassionate totheir animals.
Here are some tips from theASPCA to keep your pet safe on the 4th of July or anytime.

- Never leave alcoholic drinks unattended where pets can reach them. Alcoholic beverages have the potential to poison pets. If ingested, the animal could become very intoxicated and weak, severely depressed or could go into a coma. Death from respiratory failure is also a possibility in severe cases.
- Do not apply any sunscreen or insect repellent product to your pet that is not labeled specifically for use on animals. Ingestion of sunscreen products can result in drooling, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive thirst and lethargy. The misuse of insect repellent that contains DEET can lead to neurological problems.
- Always keep matches and lighter fluid out of your pets’ reach. Certain types of matches contain chlorates, which could potentially damage blood cells and result in difficulty breathing—or even kidney disease in severe cases. Lighter fluid can be irritating to skin, and if ingested can produce gastrointestinal irritation and central nervous system depression. If lighter fluid is inhaled, aspiration pneumonia and breathing problems could develop.
- Keep your pets on their normal diet. Any change, even for one meal, can give your pets severe indigestion and diarrhea. This is particularly true for older animals who have more delicate digestive systems and nutritional requirements. And keep in mind that foods such as onions, chocolate, coffee, avocado, grapes & raisins, salt and yeast dough can all be potentially toxic to companion animals.
- Do not put glow jewelry on your pets, or allow them to play with it. While the luminescent substance contained in these products is not highly toxic, excessive drooling and gastrointestinal irritation could still result from ingestions, and intestinal blockage could occur from swallowing large pieces of the plastic containers.
- Keep citronella candles, insect coils and oil products out of reach. Ingestions can produce stomach irritation and possibly even central nervous system depression. If inhaled, the oils could cause aspiration pneumonia in pets.
- Never use fireworks around pets! While exposure to lit fireworks can potentially result in severe burns and/or trauma to the face and paws of curious pets, even unused fireworks can pose a danger. Many types contain potentially toxic substances, including potassium nitrate, arsenic and other heavy metals.
- Loud, crowded fireworks displays are no fun for pets, so please resist the urge to take them to Independence Day festivities. Instead, keep your little guys safe from the noise in a quiet, sheltered and escape-proof area at home.

Casey Anthony is ordered to pay back $97,676!!
To contact us Click HERE
Casey Anthony also known as "Most Hates Person in America" was ruled by Judge Belvin Perry that she found responsible to pay back from all the lies when her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony went missing. She was ordered to pay back the total of $97,676! It was a little short compared to the $500,000 she should have been ordered to pay back that prosecutors were trying to ask for. One thing is for sure that all those lies didn't go unnoticed. She is still currently residing in Orlando,FL. Location of her whereabouts are unknown in which her lawyers want to keep as a secret for the threat of her life. All I can say though that since the whole ordeal here in Florida people don't talk about it much anymore. If she was wanting to get a story she should have taken any amount of cash from the highest bidder for her interview. If someone comes up to her now it may be half of what was expected from her. However, if she ever did get a huge lump some of money this was quoted from the defense attorney.
"If she ever wins the lottery, they can sue her for it," said Orlando defense attorney David Hill. "If she hits a big book deal, several hundred thousand dollars, they could try to collect it then. If she ever tries to buy a house, that will be a lien on her. If she ever wants to buy anything and use her credit, she will have to take care of that."
So rest assured in easiest way to put this is that she will be screwed for the rest of her life. She won't have a life because all of the public hates her. She won't be able to get a job and if she ever wants to really enjoy her life she better start paying up.

The Three Muskateers

The new "Three Muskateers" movie that comes out tomorrow. I was lucky to see today for free at a pre-screening as the day before I saw "Paranormal Activity 3". I must say when I saw it in 3-D it was amazing! It made me on the edge of my seat to watch. So much action and there wasn't any gore or anything disturbing. I must give it 5 stars but that's my personal opinion. I love all the actors who played in it. Orlando Bloom plays a villain in the movie. I'm used to the whole Pirates of the Caribbean persona but he still plays great as a villain. Orlando Bloom is one of my favorite actors. I must say he's pretty hot! Though the guy who plays Dartamine or however, you spell his name. He's the newbie of the three muskateers. He is really hot. So another good reason to watch the movie. Hehe. Well in all it was a FANTASTIC movie! Great actors and great story line. Oh another great actor who plays a villain is Milla Jovovich. Those of you who don't know who I'm talking about she played in Resident Evil. There are many actors who you may have seen before which makes the movie even greater. So whenever you readers have a time to get out for you date night, family night, or whatever the case this is a movie to see! ^_^

FDA APPROVES NEW OBESITY DRUG

Marion Pellicano Ambrose
The Food and Drug Administration has approved a new anti obesitydrug names Belviq, the first new prescription drug for long-term weight loss toenter the U.S. market in 13 years. Despite only achieving modest weight loss in clinical studies, the drug appeared safe enough to win the FDA’s endorsement, amid calls fromdoctors for new weight-loss treatments. The agency cleared the pill Wednesdayfor adults who are obese or are overweight with at least one medical complication, such as diabetes , high cholesterol .or high blood pressure. The FDA denied approval for the drug in 2010 after scientistsraised concerns about tumors that developed in animals studied. The companyresubmitted the drug with additional data, and the FDA said there was littlerisk of tumors in humans. Arena, the pharmaceutical company who manufactures the drug, andits partner Eisai Inc. of Woodcliff Lake , N.J. , expect tolaunch Belviq early next year. With U.S. obesity rates nearing 35percent of the adult population, many doctors have called on the FDA to approvenew weight loss treatments. But a long line of prescription weight lossofferings have been associated with safety problems, most notably the fen-phencombination, which was linked to heart valve damage in 1997. The cocktail ofphentermine and fenfluramine was a popular weight loss combination prescribedby doctors, though it was never approved by FDA. In a rare move, the FDA explicitly statedthat Belviq “does not appear to activate” a chemical pathway that was linked tothe heart problems seen with fen-phen. It said the drug acts on a differentchemical pathway in the brain, which is believed to reduce appetite by boostingfeelings of fullness. With obesity on the rise in America , I’m sure there are manyoverweight people hoping that this might finally be the magic pill that willend their struggles with see-sawing weight and the accompanying healthproblems. Let’s hope this drug does all they say it will do. http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=2589326183749752511#editor/target=post;postID=3622830838290538680

Scarlett... cherry... candy apple...fire engine... even blood red. I love those colors lacquered on my nails or shinning on my lips. That flash of a power color that can scream confidence when it wraps around you with just the right fashion statement or lifts you to new heights in the perfect strappy stiletto. Red's my perfect color. Any shade is my favorite...
I tell the woman that I have rolling veins as she ties off the tourniquet on my arm and swabs antiseptic at the soft flesh of my inner elbow. "This will pinch a little." All the thoughts and emotions had already begun to hurt long before she manages to hit a vein on her first attempt. Is it better to hurt or feel nothing at all? I twinge. My fist tightens and my long nails jab into my palm as I watch her push the needle deeper into my arm to make the blood pour out. The dark red color flushes the tube and fills it quickly. The "tech" effortlessly switches from one tube to the next. Usually I'd turn away, but I can't break my glance from watching. Almost feeling like I need to observe and see, so that it doesn't seem so surreal. It's been over two years since I've done this and it all resembles some sort of an instant replay in my mind. I was lucky last time. No, blest would be a better word. Now I wonder, will lightening strike twice?
Sure, anyone who knows me, knows I love red. My power color of choice. Watching it fill up a vial so it can be screened to answer the cancer question leaves you feeling anything but powerful. Watching it be labeled and tagged with numbers, it's just a number to the lab, yet to me it's so personal. Personal enough to effect the rest of my life. The tubes are so covered with stickers now that the beautiful rich hue of the blood can hardly be seen. The "tech" makes small talk about it going around the country. First to Tampa and then to California. Once there in some magical medical place it will be screened with a state of the art process. Professionals searching this life giving liquid for the proverbial needle in a haystack. Searching for microscopic markers, and/or tell a tale break away cells, and/or hormonal changes, in a sample that contains billions of normal blood cells. I have no comprehension of how many "markers" or cells will tilt the scale. Make this concern of malignancy all the more real. I hate tests that I can't study for, I much prefer to be in control of my ability to ace it. Right now, I have no control. The score from 1 to 10 is out of my hands. "The mass has grown and changed, it is more solid, more textured"... the doctors words echo through my mind. I can't shake something in her tone. There is just an inflection in it that robs me just the slightest of feeling as confident about this as I did in round one back in 2010 .
I'm not even sure it's her voice as much as my own gut, just knowing something is different. I knew. Before the sonograms that confirmed the changes had even been performed - I had already told a friend it'll have to come out this time. I knew my waiting and watching time was over - this time the ovarian mass/tumor will be removed. I was right. Seeing the doctor's caller ID on my phone after hours the day of the sonogram made my heart beat slightly out of rhythm for a moment. Hearing the doctor's voice on the phone confirmed my instincts before her words could define the situation. Her words changing from positive to worse case scenario in brief moments. More tests and surgery scheduled in less then five minutes flat.
Surgery scheduled just five days before my current medical benefits end. After 18 years of dedication, service and ministry at my job, I became "victim" to a reduction of force. My position, if I return to it, will be part time and all benefits will be banished at the end of the current contract. I certainly won't be ready to report back to work on the 7th day following my surgery, ironically, I also lost all of my many days of acquired sick time. None of this gives one any kind of warm fuzzy and this double whammy has packed quite a punch.
Honestly, I've been kind of reeling some days. Fighting for hours with the insurance company with endless phone calls and 800 numbers. That to which I don't think you'd believe unless you've "been there and done that", in your own attempts to advocate for coverage for yourself or someone you love. Optimistic and positive the majority of the time and had many moments of needing to hug my kids "right now" in that intense way that a cat has to be from point "A" to point "B" in a nano-second.
Yesterday the diagnostic tests were done. The fighting with the insurance company has reached a cease fire while they review the documentation (although they already called today looking for more paperwork) for my gap coverage exception. More irony and a whole other blog about how the thousands and thousands of dollars that I pay for my family's medical insurance still can get you nowhere if what you need isn't on the plan or in the right network.
But today it doesn't matter. It's all "done" now. I feel a little lighter despite the wait. Despite the wonder of where I'll score and if meeting and oncologist is in my immediate future. At this point I have done all I can do and it is what it is. I have been embraced by my friends and family and I know that no matter the road ahead they will be there every step of the way. With every twist and turn, "Jesus take the wheel".
Yet, I've been having trouble writing... feeling like the posts all sound the same. Feeling "fake" trying to wrap my head around inspiring words that would be read worthy. Trying to push my usual genre of "pollyiana positive"... yet you can't force what isn't there. Quite frankly, it's been a little MIA some days. "You gotta write what you feel", a friend recently reminded me. As profoundly positive as I am that I will be okay. Those feelings linger that okay may be redefined. At one moment I'm ready to face it head on and in another I'm flushed with emotion and wishing the tears would come so I could have that soul cleansing release. Yet I can't cry. The tears won't come. And, I don't know and can't explain why. Even running in the driving rain, one of my cure alls for the need for a good cry, hasn't dispensed the bowing dam. I guess the tears will come when they are ready. When I am ready. Maybe they won't come at all. (I haven't cried since that week last month. The worst emotional week of my life since I buried my Dad over 18 years ago. In five days I had a falling out with a very dear friend whose permanent absence I couldn't fathom but seemed very possible, and left me gut wrenchingly numb. Followed by being served with the inevitable but ever looming papers on our home. To knowing that my tumor was rearing it's ugly head to finishing on Friday with a severe reduction of force where I work. Watching people I love be laid off and other positions "cut" to part time. Sadly, this wasn't new or surprising. Those of us who still remain on the job have already seen way too much of this before that Friday. I didn't cry then, or at all that week. Days later I did, running on the beach in the rain.) Is it better to hurt or feel nothing at all? Maybe I'm gut wrenchingly numb again. Yet that hollow hole I felt in the pit of my stomach that emotional week... I feel nothing there now. Perhaps those tears will surface during my last ever PMS. (Oh, did I mention that with this surgery comes full blown menopause.) Eh! Screw the tears! (I'm sure they will have their time) Bring on the chocolate and the wine - and look out world - I'm thinking the last period of you life you can plan to be a b*tch in heels! LOL...... Who knows. It could happen. Anything's possible!

THE INVISABLE DISEASE
To contact us Click HERE
Marion Pellicano Ambrose
Fibromyalgia is adisorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied byfatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that fibromyalgiaamplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals.
Symptoms sometimesbegin after a physical trauma, surgery, infection or significant psychologicalstress. In other cases, symptoms gradually accumulate over time with no singletriggering event.
The pain and fatigueassociated with this disease can be crippling. Constant pain and lack ofsleep, along with this fatigue often leads to depression. The fact that this isan invisible disease also causes much distress. Family members, coworkers, andsometimes even medical personnel tend to ignore or downplay the effects of thisdisease. Unless one has experienced the horrific effects of Fibromyalgia, theyshould not judge. This goes for scoffing at people using handicapped parking ordevices that “look perfectly healthy”.
Women are much morelikely to develop fibromyalgia than are men. Many people who have fibromyalgiaalso have tension headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, irritablebowel syndrome, anxiety and depression.
While there is nocure for fibromyalgia, a variety of medications can help control symptoms.Exercise, relaxation and stress-reduction measures also may help.
The pain associatedwith fibromyalgia often is described as a constant dull ache, typically arisingfrom muscles. To be considered widespread, the pain must occur on both sides ofyour body and above and below your waist.
Fibromyalgia ischaracterized by additional pain when firm pressure is applied to specificareas of your body, called tender points. Tender point locations include:
· Back of the head
· Between shoulderblades
· Top of shoulders
· Front sides ofneck
· Upper chest
· Outer elbows
· Upper hips
· Sides of hips
· Inner knees
Fatigue andsleep disturbances
People with fibromyalgia often awakentired, even though they report sleeping for long periods of time. Sleep isfrequently disrupted by pain, and many patients with fibromyalgia have othersleep disorders, such as restless legs syndrome and sleep apnea, that furtherworsen symptoms.
Coexistingconditions
Many people who have fibromyalgiaalso may have:
· Fatigue
· Anxiety
· Depression
· Endometriosis
· Headaches
· Irritable bowelsyndrome
Doctors don't knowwhat causes fibromyalgia, but it most likely involves a variety of factorsworking together. These may include:
· Genetics. Because fibromyalgia tends to run in families, theremay be certain genetic mutations that may make you more susceptible todeveloping the disorder.
· Infections. Some illnesses appear to trigger or aggravatefibromyalgia.
· Physicalor emotional trauma.Post-traumatic stress disorder has been linked to fibromyalgia.
Why does ithurt?
Current thinking centers around a theorycalled central sensitization. This theory states that people with fibromyalgiahave a lower threshold for pain because of increased sensitivity in the brainto pain signals.
Researchers believerepeated nerve stimulation causes the brains of people with fibromyalgia tochange. This change involves an abnormal increase in levels of certainchemicals in the brain that signal pain (neurotransmitters). In addition, thebrain's pain receptors seem to develop a sort of memory of the pain and becomemore sensitive, meaning they can overreact to pain signals.
Risk factors forfibromyalgia include:
· Your sex. Fibromyalgia is diagnosed more often in women than inmen. Female reproductive hormones may play a part in how women experience pain.
· Familyhistory. You may be more likelyto develop fibromyalgia if a relative also has the condition.
· Rheumaticdisease. If you have a rheumaticdisease, such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, you may be more likely todevelop fibromyalgia.
Fibromyalgiagenerally doesn't lead to other conditions or diseases. But the pain and lackof sleep associated with fibromyalgia can interfere with your ability tofunction at home or on the job. The frustration of dealing with anoften-misunderstood condition also can result in depression and health-relatedanxiety.
Because many of thesigns and symptoms of fibromyalgia are similar to various other disorders, youmay see several doctors before receiving a diagnosis. Your family physician mayrefer you to a rheumatologist, a doctor who specializes in the treatment ofarthritis and other inflammatory conditions.
What you cando
Before your appointment, you may wantto write a list that includes:
· Detaileddescriptions of your symptoms
· Information aboutmedical problems you've had in the past
· Information aboutthe medical problems of your parents or siblings
· All themedications and dietary supplements you take
· Questions youwant to ask the doctor
What toexpect from your doctor
In addition to a physical exam, yourdoctor will probably ask you if you have problems sleeping, and if you've beenfeeling depressed or anxious
In 1990, theAmerican College of Rheumatology (ACR)established two criteria for the diagnosis of fibromyalgia:
· Widespread painlasting at least three months
· At least 11positive tender points — out of a total possible of 18
But fibromyalgiasymptoms can come and go. And many doctors were uncertain about how muchpressure to apply during a tender point exam. While the 1990 guidelines maystill be used by researchers studying fibromyalgia, less stringent guidelineshave been developed for doctors to use in general practice. These newerdiagnostic criteria include:
· Widespread painlasting at least three months
· No otherunderlying condition that might be causing the pain
Blood tests
While there is no lab test to confirma diagnosis of fibromyalgia, your doctor may want to rule out other conditionsthat may have similar symptoms. Blood tests may include:
· Complete bloodcount
· Erythrocytesedimentation rate
· Thyroid functiontests
In general, treatments for fibromyalgia include both medication and self-care. The emphasisis on minimizing symptoms and improving general health.
Medications
Medications can help reduce the painof fibromyalgia and improve sleep. Common choices include:
· Analgesics. Acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) may ease the pain andstiffness caused by fibromyalgia. However, its effectiveness varies. Tramadol(Ultram) is a prescription pain reliever that may be taken with or withoutacetaminophen. Your doctor may recommend nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) — such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) or naproxen sodium (Aleve, others) — in conjunction with other medications.
· Antidepressants. Duloxetine (Cymbalta) and milnacipran (Savella) mayhelp ease the pain and fatigue associated with fibromyalgia. Your doctor mayprescribe amitriptyline or fluoxetine (Prozac) to help promote sleep.
· Anti-seizuredrugs. Medications designed totreat epilepsy are often useful in reducing certain types of pain. Gabapentin(Neurontin) is sometimes helpful in reducing fibromyalgia symptoms, whilepregabalin (Lyrica) was the first drug approved by the Food and DrugAdministration to treat fibromyalgia.
Therapy
Talking with a counselor can helpstrengthen your belief in your abilities and teach you strategies for dealingwith stressful situations. Many have found acupuncture and massage therapy helpful in controllingthe pain and fatigue of Fibromyalgia.
Besides dealing with the pain and fatigue offibromyalgia, you may also have to deal with the frustration of having acondition that's often misunderstood. In addition to educating yourself aboutfibromyalgia, you may find it helpful to provide your family, friends andco-workers with information.
Living with fibromyalgia
Even withthe many treatment options, patient self-care is vital to improving symptomsand daily function. In concert with medical treatment, healthy lifestylebehaviors can reduce pain, increase sleep quality, lessen fatigue and help youcope better with fibromyalgia.
Here aresome self-care tips.
· Make time torelax each day. Deep-breathingexercises and meditation will help reduce the stress that can bring onsymptoms.
· Set a regularsleep pattern. Go to bed and wake upat the same time each day. Getting enough sleep lets your body repair itself, physically and mentally. Also, avoid daytime napping and limit caffeine intake, which can disrupt sleep. Nicotine is a stimulant, so those with sleep problemsshould stop smoking.
· Exerciseoften. This is a very important partof fibromyalgia treatment. While difficult at first, regular exercise oftenreduces pain symptoms and fatigue. Patients should follow the saying,"Start low, go slow." Slowly add daily fitness into your routine. Forinstance, take the stairs instead of the elevator, or park further away fromthe store. After awhile, do more physical activity. Add in some walking, swimming, water aerobics and/or stretching exercises. It takes time to create acomfortable routine. Just get moving, stay active and don't give up!
· Educateyourself. Nationally recognizedorganizations like the Arthritis Foundation and the National FibromyalgiaAssociation are great resources for information. Share this information withfamily, friends and co-workers.

In 1990, the
· Widespread painlasting at least three months
